Q. Do you currently offer Live service games like Fortnite?

A. We do not currently offer this due to connections restrictions ( will be update at a later time)  

Q. How long do I get the game trailer for?

A. You decided when booking, we have 1 hour, 90 min and 2 Hr. Parties. Please book for the amount of time wanted, you may add time if we are available to stay longer, but we find its better to book your whole time slot during booking. We will arrive 30 min. before your event start time to ensure set up is complete by the scheduled start time.

Q. What does a Game Coach do? 

A. Our game coaches are there to bring the party! Their main goal is to ensure guests are having a great time! Our coach will also manage equipment answer any questions guest may have about games or game play. 


Q. Do I tip the game coach? 

A. while it is not a requirement, tipping the game coach is great way to show how much you appreciate all the hard work they put into making sure your guests have a great experience at your event. If you feel your game coach did an outstanding job and want to reward them for that please do. 


Q. Do you include cake, or food of any kind? 

A. We cannot allow food or drinks inside the trailer because of the electronic equipment, Therefore we do not offer food items. 


Q. What do you need to run the trailer?  

A. Our game trailer is run with a generator so there is no need to hook up extension cords.  This also allows us to operate in ALMOST any location.   

Q. What parking requirements are needed to park the Mobile theater for our event?

A. We require a solid level area to park the mobile theater (50' of space is ideal).  If the location is on the street, we must comply with local laws and  not block fire hydrants. Our Video Gaming trailer is 32 feet long by 8.5 feet wide. Please give your  neighbors a heads up we do not want to frustrate them in any way.  We reserve the right to refuse service if the area is not acceptable, if this is the case $75.00 plus 

1.25/ mile will be retained. we will refund the remainder of your payment in the form it was given. 


Q. Is there a deposit fee to reserve?  If so, how much? 

A. We require your event be paid in full at the time of booking. This will ensure the time frame you want is available. 


Q. How do you reserve? 

A.  Reservation is simple, and there are 3 ways to book us. 


1) Email us at rollingvideogamestc@gmail.com let us know what date, what time, and how long you would like to book us. We  will gladly email an invoice which contains a 'PAY NOW" button.  


2) You can also request a call back so we can run your credit card for the full payment.


3) You can go to rollingvideogames.com select "Michigan" then select "NORTHWEST REGION" then "BOOK NOW" Fill out all information a request is sent directly to us and we will send you an invoice. We take  Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express. You will receive a receipt email immediately.  We do not accept checks due to the nature of time sensitive reservations.

***we will only except cash payments for bookings if the event

is paid in full 30 days before event date

***If you want to add additional time while we are at the booked

event we will also take cash, but keep in mind we may not

be available for extra time after the booked time frame


Q. What if I need to CANCEL? 

A.  If you need to cancel we require Cancellations be made by email to Rollingvideogamestc@gmail.com  Subject line : Cancellation, 14 days before your event. We will  refund  100% of your payment as long as it is 14 calendar days before your event.  If the cancellation happens less than 14 days prior to the scheduled event, $75 of your initial payment will be withheld. We will  refund the rest of your payment in the form you used to make the payment. Email is the required way to cancel an event.  


Q. How old do you need to be to reserve a party?

A. You must be 18 years or older to reserve a party.  If we arrive for a scheduled party and a responsible adult over 18 is not present, we do reserve the right to end the event and retain all fees paid.


Q. Can I just drop off my kids and go ? 

A. As much as we love children, you must have an adult ( 18 years or above ) present at all times.  We prefer the booking adult be present, if this is not possible please communicate with our office to inform them who the contact adult will be the day of the event. 

Q. Is there an age limit?

A. Please contact us for age restrictions.

Q. Vendors rights upon arrival?

A. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If at any time we feel that our employees are in any danger or being mistreated, or that our equipment is being mishandled; we will shut down  the event and all funds paid will be forfeited. 

Q. Do you offer any discounts? 

A. YES!!! we do, We currently offer a discount to all Active, Reserve, and Retired Military members. We also offer a first responder  discount.  Email us for more information on this. 


Q. What if my event isn't a birthday party?

A. We would love the chance to be apart of any event you would like us at. If you have a very large event planned ie wedding reception, trade show, fundraiser etc. Please email us all information for event to Rollingvideogametc@gmail.com with the SUBJECT LINE: WE WANT TO BOOK YOU FOR event name or type. Or call our main office 1-855-RVG-2YOU 


Q. What is your inclement weather policy?

A. Northern Michigan weather is unpredictable, however We will travel to your location as long as the weather conditions do not create unsafe travel conditions to RVG UP NORTH LLC employees and equipment, or to the booking guests property. If in the event we must cancel a party due to weather you will receive a full refund. In the event we must reschedule due to weather we will refund 15% of your paid invoice and work with  you to reschedule your event.
